Central University Services for the Master's Programme
Services Provided to Students

The support structures and services for students are staffed by highly qualified specialised scientific and administrative personnel.
School Infrastructure and Services
The School of Law has a range of facilities supporting the educational process and the research output of the Master's Programme.
For the teaching of the Programme's courses, the following are available:
- Classrooms located in the building of the AUTH School of Law;
- Classrooms equipped with modern electronic projection systems, computer connectivity, whiteboards, heating and air conditioning;
- Computer laboratory with multiple operational computer systems;
- Specially configured reading-room space for meetings
study sessions and working groups of postgraduate students.
A branch of the Central Library operates within the School of Law and includes printed and digital collections of materials, such as books, journals, maps, brochures, CD-DVD material, reference and teaching material, conference and institutional proceedings, and other resources.
Additional library services are provided to students by the AUTH Central Library and Information Centre. The AUTH Library offers students:
- Study areas and central computer laboratories
- Book-lending services
- Electronic access to bibliographic resources
- Access to electronic courses
- Training in bibliographic research
Through the platform of e-learning students are provided with teaching notes and collections of solved exercises in electronic form, supporting material, and additional bibliography through the course webpages hosted on the platform.
The School also operates a modern and richly resourced Library, the largest at AUTH. The “Ioannis Deligiannis” Library of the School of Law is staffed by four (4) EDIP librarians and five (5) administrative employees, who provide user-training services, interlibrary loan services, EUDOXUS textbook-return services, and other related services.
It holds a collection of more than one hundred thousand (100,000) volumes of books and journals: 99,192 volumes registered in the electronic system and 20,000 volumes from donations and older editions currently under processing. Its organisation follows international bibliographic standards, using the Library of Congress classification system, AACR2 cataloguing rules, and Library subject headings. Current periodicals amount to 434 titles, or 2,600 issues annually. From the Library computers, users can access important legal bibliographic databases, such as Beck-online Premium, Dalloz, Westlaw International, The Making of Modern Law: Legal Treatises 1800–1926, the electronic legal edition Armenopoulos of the Thessaloniki Bar Association, Isokratis, the Legal Information Database of the Athens Bar Association, NOMOS, and the Digital Legal Library nbonline.gr. The Law Library also generates its own revenues, which it uses to cover part of its needs.

In addition, students of the Programme may contact and request assistance, where necessary, from the following responsible teaching staff members of the School:
- Coordinator for Mobility Programmes/Erasmus
- Internship Coordinator
- Adviser for supporting the studies of students belonging to vulnerable social groups.
Secretarial support for the Programme is provided with the assistance of the Secretariat of the School of Law. At the same time, the Programme has acquired dedicated secretarial support. The Secretariat is responsible for student enrolments, the issuance of attestations and certificates, the publication of grades, degrees, transcripts and Diploma Supplements, as well as communication with the collaborating School.
The Master's Programme also operates the institution of the Academic Adviser, through which each faculty member is assigned the individual counselling and guidance of postgraduate students.
